JetHost Completes Second U.S. Acquisition in Aggressive Global Expansion Push
Acquisition of Omnis Network adds tens of thousands of domains and multiple brands to JetHost’s growing portfolio
JetHost, the web hosting company built on a philosophy of “Honesty over Hype,” today announced the acquisition of Omnis Network, a well-established U.S. hosting provider managing tens of thousands of domains across multiple brands including Little Oak, Carat Networks, AM Hosting, and AmeriNOC.
This marks JetHost’s second strategic acquisition in the United States within the past year, signaling the company’s aggressive push into one of the world’s most competitive hosting markets.
A Different Approach to Industry Consolidation
The acquisition comes at a time when major consolidations in the U.S. hosting market have left thousands of customers frustrated with declining service quality and rising prices.
“Over the past year, we’ve all witnessed what has been happening in the U.S. hosting market — major consolidations have left thousands of customers dissatisfied,” said Metodi Drenovski, co-founder of JetHost. “Our goal is to bring hosting back to what it should be: transparent, honest, and reliable service customers can truly depend on.”
Unlike typical industry roll-ups focused on cost-cutting, JetHost plans to invest in upgrading the acquired infrastructure with modern technology including LiteSpeed Enterprise servers, NVMe storage, and AI-powered website building tools.
Continuity First, Upgrades Second
JetHost emphasized that Omnis Network customers will experience no immediate disruption. The full Omnis team will remain in place, and all websites, domains, and email services will continue operating normally.
“Omnis Network has built a solid reputation over many years, and our goal is to preserve that trust while quietly improving the technology behind it,” said Lubomir Rusanov, co-founder of JetHost. “Customers will feel the benefits without being forced into abrupt transitions.”
In the coming months, customers will gain access to JetHost’s platform featuring optimized WordPress environments, enhanced security powered by Imunify360, and expanded partner programs. Those who prefer to migrate sooner will have the option to request accelerated onboarding.
