Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against an obsessed fan, who she claims sent her creepy packages and referred to her as his “wife.”
The Skims founder, 42, claimed the man’s antics have caused her to suffer from extreme emotional distress, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
Kardashian said the man, identified as Jomonie Victor Zigler, has been sending her packages after obtaining her address elsewhere. She said the packages included a diamond ring and hotel key cards.
In court docs, Kardashian claims Zigler even attempted to gain entry to her sprawling Calabasas property.
The star’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, filed for a restraining order on her behalf after her security was forced to restrain Zigler at the gate.
“I never provided him with my address and never asked him to send me these packages,” wrote the mother of four. “These packages contain various items, including a diamond engagement ring, and keys to a hotel room.”
“I am concerned about the extent of his delusion belief we are in or will be in an intimate relationship, particularly because it appears he has spent significant funds purchasing items to send to me,” she adds, according to the outlet.
Zigler allegedly posted sexually explicit messages about her on social media which subsequently creeped her out even more.
The court granted Kardashian a temporary restraining order against Zigler, with an official hearing due next month.
It’s not the first time the reality TV star has dealt with an alleged stalker.
Last month, Kardashian obtained a five-year restraining order against Andre Persaud, who showed up at her home three times in August 2022 and claimed to be armed. She told the court he insisted the two communicated “telepathically.”
Persaud is now forbidden from both contacting Kardashian and coming within 100 yards of her. As part of the order, he is also prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm and was forced to surrender those he already had.
In May 2021, Kim was granted yet another restraining order against 32-year-old Charles Peter Zelenoff, whom the reality star claimed had been harassing her for months on end.
Kim said that Zelenoff shared social media posts about his desire to pursue a physical relationship with her, as well as disturbing posts about him attempting to enter her property.
She claimed that he filmed videos outside the edge of her home, in which she lives with her four children.
